I made arrangements to have my car shipped and paid them a deposit. The day my vehicle was to be picked up, they called and said the driver was having mechanical problems, but they would try to find another driver.

A short time later, they called and said they found one, but it was going to cost hundreds more. At this time, I requested a refund of my deposit and they refused. They called me over a dozen times to get me to pay more money. I filed a complaint with the Fulton County, Georgia Better Business Bureau and local law enforcement.

The next day, I noticed my deposit had been credited back to my bank account.

They have done this to numerous customers and it is a normal practice for them. I'm still considering filing telephone harassment charges against them.

The terms of the contract were changed the day before pick-up, demanding more money and threatening to cancel if I did not agree. Then, the shipment arrived nearly a week late, and I had to contact them about the delay.

There was absolutely no communication about it unless I initiated it. Even then, it took a day for anyone to tell me what was happening. The driver was unresponsive. The broker told me it was simply my misfortune.

The driver breached the contract and refused to give me my keys unless I paid him even more money than what was agreed upon in the revised contract. The driver that the broker from CheapAutoTrans contracted, was from Iver Transport. There was no accountability from anyone involved. I ended up paying $500 more than my initial contract that I had signed with them.

I felt extorted. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

Their business practices are extremely predatory and fraudulent. Do not trust CheapAutoTrans or Iver Transport with your vehicle unless you are comfortable being hustled for more money under the threat of your property being withheld.

Was given a quote for 700 for shipment from California to Florida. Emailed that a driver would be available all the way up until 12pm on my pick up day only to then receive another email that not only was there no driver found but the only person that would consider making the trip would be requiring 1700 to pick it up.

That's the highest quote I've received from over 10 companies.

Marcus Brown is an outright liar. I don't believe this company is able to adhere to their price just throws out a low number and then tries to blackmail you into accepting anything because it's the final day needed for pickup.

On 11/9/2023 I had contracted Mr.Oscar Samuel from Cheap Auto Trans .His service was as a broker/agent to transport a vehicle from the port of Baltimore,MD to Norfolk,,Virginia. Mr.

Oscar Samuel was very clear and upfront with the information about the company and the carrier. When I ask all the pertinent information, he didnt hesitate in providing information to all questions, and clear any doubts on my behalf. Pick up and delivery were on time. The carrier was Unique Delivery, LLC.

George, the driver provided an excellent service also.

I will highly recommend Mr. Oscar Samuel ( Cheap Auto Transport,LLC, for any related transportation needs.

I wish then a wonderful year on present and future endeavors.

ay This is the second time I have dealt with this company and the exact occurrence happened both times. The first time they refunded me the difference and apologized and said it would not happen again so I trusted them and they did the exact same fraudulent business practice as the first time.

I contacted them to ship a car from California to Ohio two weeks prior to the pick up date.

They quoted a price of $930. Leading up to the pick up date, I would get texts from their employee Wayne Martin saying he was processing the order and to have a blessed day. The day prior to them picking up I had not heard from them and contacted them. They told me the price is now $1300.

So once again they did a bait and switch and lock you in with a lower price and when you are stuck at the last second and they say the price has gone up from what you were promised. Due to my time constraints I had no choice but to unfortunately use their services. This company business practices are based on fraudulent quotes in order to lock you in then they know you are between a rock and a hard place and raise the price.

They are very unethical and shady and I have filed a fraudulent business practice complaint with the FTC as well as the Better Business Bureau. I encourage others to do the same so this company is held accountable.
