I was quoted one price for transport and then they tried to double up on the price. I cancelled and requested my refund of $200. All I'm getting is a *** runaround and excuses. Now I'm about to call everyone on them. Straight crooks

the worst experience ever. not only the picked up my car late and deliver late, they delivered it damaged. I DO NOT Recomment these guys at all. they are not honest when comes to payment either. I will neveruse these guys again. they are unprofessional and terrible.

A great company to have your vehicle(s) transported. ......if you don't mind having someone take you to the cleaners. Was quoted a price with the "Guarantee" that the price would be the one that we agreed on. Well..... This "Fine" company kept taking "more" money from my account. So much for "Honesty."

Eric Williams,MY CONTACT PERSON AT THE COMPANY QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $1050 THREE TIMES IN SEPARATE TEXTS AND PHOHE CALLS TO TRANSPORT A CAR FROM L.A. TO North Dakota. THE DAY THE CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP HE SAID THE PRICE HAD GONE UP FOR $2200. WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS WAS A CRIMINAL SHAKEDOWN HE TOLD ME HE WOULD DISCOUNT THE $2200 BY $50. This was our first experience shipping a car, and to say we were a little nervous is an understatement. My father spoke with KEVIN, and he explained the process in detail and made us feel more relaxed. Although it took a little longer to find a carrier than we expected, we are extremely pleased with the service we received. The truck driver was very friendly and delivered our car quickly and without incident. Reasonable price and timely delivery. I will always recommend and use cheapAutoTrans, especially KEVIN, personally, for my auto shipping needs. A very honest and upfront company. Thanks for all you do! Kevin

Davin from Cheapautotrans gave me a quote of $1295 to transport my vehicle from Oregon to Massachusetts. He asked for a deposit of $150, which I paid through Cash App on Aug 28, 2021. Two days later, Davin called me to say that the total price is now $1650. Naturally, I refused and asked Davin to either keep his promise or refund my deposit. He declined both. I am still looking for ways to get my $150 back.
